Resources to write an email (Informal)
Helloooooo readers!
Welcome to a new post, today I am going to share with you some tips to do a writting. A fairly common exercise in exams is to write an informal or formal email. In this case we will focused on informal email.
Let's go with the informal email:
-How to start: You must answer these questions before you start writing
Do you know the person to whom you are addressing the email? If not you can start with a Dear and the name of the person for informal relationships. For instance, Dear Diego.
However if you want to write an informal email to a person with whom you have little confidence, you can use Mr, Mrs, Miss or Ms and the name of the person.
-Expressions to close an email. It is important to take into account who it is addressed to:
Friends and family -> See you soon / Speak soon / Chat later...
Mates or coworkers -> Regards / Best wishes / Best regards...
-Extra tips:
Last but not least, is that you can always use the same word structure to start and end the email. This will make things easier and you will be able to add the number of words in the email count.
More over, I recommend using abbreviations, contractions, exclamations and emojis.
